Maurice's serves a variety of hot and cold sandwiches Monday through Friday, catering to the plethora of New York State government employees. Sandwiches and subs are always fresh and made-to-order, and are done on one of six different breads. You can also come in during the morning where breakfast sandwiches and pastries are served until 10:30am. There are other outlets throughout the Capital Region, but this is by far the most popular of the Maurice's Sandwich Shops.
