I know there will be bad reviews here because they are a tow service. With that being said, they are actually terrible. Rude, unprofessional, hard to get on the phone with, and very limited hours

Their work is not up to par for a professional body shop. Terrible customer service also and they give you excuse after excuse for not getting your vehicle done in a timely manner.
