We needed a room last minute in Binghamton along highway 81. Only 1 room left here. It was just fair condition, usual for this type hotel. Our problem was price gouging. The desk couldn't explain why room was $340 for night when worth about $150. We should have moved on, the holiday inn downtown, not too far had rooms at$169 and probably much nicer

By mistake I booked two queen beds rather than a king size bed. The friendly ladies at the check in desk were super helpful and friendly. They were able to move rooms around and got us into a king bed for the night. They also offered a couple of complimentary bottles of water. I love that our Bon Voy rewards get us water at most establishments. The room was clean, we struggled getting it cool enough at night. The AC seemed to be maxed out. They offer a complimentary breakfast, with a decent variety. Overall this was a nice hotel, friendly staff make it worth staying!

The receptionist allowed us to check in early for which I was very thankful. She did an excellent job in helping us meet our needs. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. The only negative comment I have is that the bathroom is too small. The door almost hits the toilet when you’re trying to close it and there is hardly a place to stand trying to close the door, which by the way doesn’t close all the way. Otherwise the room was quite nice and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare and it was fine. I would stay here again as it is very convenient.

Good place to stop when passing through. Deal agent was efficient and friendly. Rooms were basic. Breakfast was good. Bed had large dips on both sides so not the most comfortable sleep.

front deck was horrible Patty / Tom/ Claire and management Gwenda was so rude and disrespectful and when you call to talk to Brett he doesn't care either so my next step is trying to get ahold of hr that does care either !! I know it's been about 2 weeks or so but I was in my room and Gwen and Monica went up this house keeper that made shure I got whatever I needed and then I went down the stairs to go get something to snake on and i hurd Gwenda and Monica fireer this lady that was kind and sweet and they called the cops on her to get her out and the lady didn't even do anything wrong she was doing her job when she was upstairs and when they sent her down she didn't say to words!! I will not return to this place Intel management and who ever Monica is she's no house keeper manger because after she went to check rooms and she doesn't go in them !! So I think something needs to be done !!!
