Three people behind the counter on a Friday afternoon kept the line moving quickly. Hoelscher sells not only meats, but rolls/buns, condiments, side salads: All your grilling or tailgating needs.

Stuffed Hungarian peppers were loaded with seeds. I DO NOT like seeds left in my peppers. If you like to chew on seeds then they are good. I would not buy them again.

Wow!! Love this place! Always have the freshest meats and the prices you can't beat. Have to try the homemade stuffed mushrooms and stuffed peppers.

Good service, great quality meat. Call ahead orders are made super easy. They have good selection of different quality meats. High recommended

Everything is great here but we especially love the stuffed banana peppers. I live out of state and went in the other day to get a stash to take home but they did not have any (sad face)....
