I submitted a tax exempt form and was taxed. They said they would fix it and contact me back but nothing has happener.

Located further downtown than we thought, but that's our problem, not theirs. The room was average, or so we thought until nightfall. Apparently it's located in a high crime area and as such, as a very well lighted parking area. VERY well lighted. As in, floodlights blasting into the room that has only sheers at the window, no black out curtains. It was bright enough that I could read my book without turning a single light on in the room. So needless to say, sleeping was a challenge.

We value free breakfasts, but are kind of done with the powdered eggs so what a treat to see the sign We crack our own eggs! Delish! The evening before we hit the neighborhood watering holes, which are kind of 1970s dive bar nostalgic.

General manager Troy is a wealth of information about close restaurants and things to do.Lots of things to do close by.

Great hotel - The staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and secure. The breakfast is vast and delicious. The cost of the room is a good value for what you get. It's a quieter hotel which is what I prefer. The location is good as it is convenient to a central area. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is accomodating.
