My wife and I had a reservation here for 2 nights. Upon entering the hotel room, we noticed that the hotel room was dirty (used kleenex in the closet, dirty floors etc). I could have overlooked this, but unfortunately that was just the beginning. While we were out for the evening, someone entered our hotel room, removed the vent in the bathroom and left a hypodermic needle. I'm guessing someone came back for their stash while we were gone. The room also stunk like pot.We checked out early and went to a different hotel.I contacted Best Western corporate office, and I was told that this is a health and safety issue, and corporate does not get involved with health and safety.Last time I stay at a Best Western.

I have to say this is the most interesting layout of a hotel I have been in! It was fun hunting for the elevator and trying to find our room in the long labyrinth of halls! The room was clean and efficient. But the highlight of our stay was Jackie at the Front Desk! She greeted us with a smile and was super friendly! She read my notes and had our sofa bed bedding ready to go upon check-in! She made this ordinary stay extraordinary and she was a great ambassador for the hotel!

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. It looked like I stepped back into the 70's, the carpets throughout the hotel were filthy, the bed was sagging, the couch was drooping and the carpet next to the bed was wet. The bathroom was dated, I would not even take a shower. This hotel needs a major upgrade, very dissapointing.

Stayed at this location several times. Staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean.

Excellent front desk service. Carpeting and bathroom was well worn and need updates. Breakfast eggs were average and bacon very underdone. No whole grain options. Good location near highways and restaurants. No microwave in room, but they do have fridge. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean.
