Awesome bar, great food and service! The environment is great and I will be going again! The place is clean and everyone is super friendly.

They have multiple Covid violations and were shut down by state order more than once. Also instigated racial tension during a local protest - look for the video if so inclined.

I love Buffalo wings. And I particularly love Buffalo wings when the prices are customer-friendly instead of jacked up to fill the coffers (and investors) of big sports bar wings food chains and gouge their customers during prime time sporting events on their big screens. When you walk into M.T. Pockets, it looks like a dive out of the Fifties - but clean, safe, and friendly, fast service. The surprise is the extensive menu selection of wings, alternatives for non-wingers, and brews. You won't be disappointed. And the even bigger surprise is the prices. A couple will drink and devour to self-destruction for less than the typical-fast-food-fare joint will charge you for sodas and so-called meat sandwiches. And if you aren't used to nuclear-level hot wings, the more mild (and cardiac-friendly) hot wings offerings will be appreciated the next day. No complaints here - just wish they would franchise to my home town!

I wish you could provide a 0 star rating. I’m so disgusted by how the staff handled a problem we had when discovering two different colored hairs baked into our fried bologna sandwich (takeout order). The sandwich wasn’t consumed until about 10:30pm that night. I contacted the bar the following day and the unprofessional, uncourteous, bartender placed the blame back on us saying we should have brought it back in that same night. Really? Drive back 20 min that late? I left my name and number expecting to hear from the owner as I wanted a refund for the troubled experience. We clearly didn’t finish the sandwich after that discovery - it went straight in the trash. Instead, I received a “prank” phone call from someone regarding the situation at 4am the following morning. I called back again and was hung-up on by a different bartender for no reason other than she didn’t want to deal with it. This establishment should be ashamed at how they handled this. I will never give them a second chance and if you can avoid going here I would certainly try to. Other points about our visit: they only take cash which is very inconvenient these days, Club music is too loud if you’re trying to have a conversation. The service was slow and clearly the people that are employed here don’t give an ounce of care to resolve dissatisfied customer issues, including the owner. They should be thankful someone is telling them about it so they can correct it and make it right for the future.There are plenty of better bar/food options on Hertel so my advice to anyone reading this is to opt for those.

Stopped in for lunch.I ordered a burger, well done. It came barely cooked, quite raw. I took two bites and realized how undercooked it was. Not wanting to cause a problem I just ate the fries it came with and intended on asking for the food to go to cook at home.The man, older man with white hair, took my plate and must have gotten something from it on his had, because he then loudly sucked whatever he got on his hand and thumb off.He then proceeded to pick up my burger with his bare hand that he had just licked and put it in the to go box. Disgusting!!!!I've contacted the Buffalo Dept of Health.Do not eat here.
