East High School, located in Rochester, N.Y., is a part of Rochester City School District. It is a college preparatory school enrolling more than 2,000 students in classes seven through 12. The curricular areas include English, mathematics, social science, literature, science, biology, chemistry, American history, U.S. government and politics, health and physical education, music and art. Its counseling program develops activities and relationships through which students are helped to interpret and integrate the world in which they live. East High School s facilities include playing fields, sports areas that houses shower rooms, lockers and weight room, and swimming pool, cafeteria, visual arts facility and a computer graphics lab.
