¡Peligro biológico y de seguridad! Eviten este hotel a toda costa. Fuimos en familia (6 personas) del 4 al 5 de septiembre y pasamos una auténtica pesadilla. El hotel sufre una infestación masiva de pulgas; las pulgas se nos subían por las piernas constantemente y todos amanecimos llenos de dolorosas picaduras por todo el cuerpo. En la recepción las cucarachas se pasean por el mostrador y la empleada ni se inmutó, lo ven normal. Todo el edificio huele a moho tóxico, el aire está roto y las instalaciones están en total abandono. Por si fuera poco, el aparcamiento es completamente oscuro, tétrico y muy peligroso de noche. Nos quedamos de 23:30 a 8:00 únicamente por fuerza mayor al ser tarde y viajar con 6 personas, ya que salir al parking a esas horas era un riesgo para nuestra seguridad. Agoda ya nos devolvió el 50% admitiendo la gravedad y ya hemos denunciado formalmente al Departamento de Sanidad de Carolina del Sur. ¡Un peligro público!ENGLISH:Biological and safety hazard! Avoid this hotel at all costs. My family of 6 stayed from Sept 4-5, and it was a complete nightmare. The property has a massive flea infestation; fleas were literally crawling up our legs, and we woke up covered in painful bites. A live cockroach was crawling across the front desk counter, ignored by the staff. The entire building smells of toxic mold, the AC is broken, and facilities are abandoned. To make matters worse, the parking lot is completely dark, pitch-black, and very dangerous at night. We only endured the night from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM because it was too late to find lodging, and going out to that parking lot at midnight was a severe safety risk for 6 people. Agoda already issued a 50% refund, and official health complaints have been filed with the South Carolina authorities. A total health and safety violation!

Would have been better off sleeping in the car.

CAR VANDALIZED IN PARKING LOT! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK! The parking lot is nearly pitch black at night, and as a result, 5 cars (including ours) were broken into by shattering car windows, and taking anything of value they could find. Imagine a lot so unsafe that someone could feel confident that they could vandalize 5 vehicles without being afraid to get caught. That's what you're signing up for if you stay here.And just so we're clear, THE MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS! We had booked 2 nights, and only stayed for 1 since we woke up to a shattered window, and although they refunded the 2nd night (which we didn't stay for anyway), the manager refused to refund the first night despite the fact we lost $5000 worth of valuables in their unsafe parking lot. In fact, when I was speaking with him over the phone, he was completely dismissive, saying they didn't owe us anything, and they have no responsibility for anything that happens in their parking lot! Before I was finished explaining the situation, he HUNG UP ON ME! If that sounds like a property and management you feel safe dealing with, good luck. There are several other safer and better run properties in the area. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Old musty hotel...there is no pool on property...homeless and construction workers choice.

RUN! RUN SO FAR AWAY!This hotel was in such a state of disrepair. For starters, the air conditioning in the main lobby and lounge area was inoperable. We were told at check in that the pool was closed due to lack of staff. Additionally, turn down service would not be performed due to lack of staff. After having to pay $30 a night for pet fee, we were told our dog must leave the room when we do and cannot be left unattended at all in the room. On our way to our room on the first floor, we walked past several lackluster attempts at wall patches and paint work. It was obvious appearance was not a high concern. Our room smelled of mildew, the carpet was torn and bunched up in several areas. There were two unknown red matters splattered on the side wall need the bed itself and in the bathroom. The ceiling was a dirty dingy dark brown color (ceiling was actually painted white). Over half of the outlets in the room were inoperable. There was no hand soap or bar soap available to wash your hands after using the restroom. The shower flooded the bathroom when used because the seal wasn’t properly installed and the shower floor itself was sinking in. I would not recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone to stay at in its current condition. It’s apparent management is lacking oversight into some of these issues or perhaps they know and chose not to address the issues. Not sure, but can tell you won’t ever be staying at a Sleep Inn again.
