The 490 has very rude employees they don't clean properly they don't have good customer service my boyfriend and I had to stay here because of homelessness we were never accommodated for anything. I bring in my own supplies to at least be somewhat comfortable. I also feel that this review will not be seen and nothing will ever be done otherwise if that would be true they should be inoperable or make changes to accommodate there guest

This is a great hotel if you need a place to take an escort for an hour or two. Or if you have a girlfriend who wants to take a trip to the down low. Overall not at all classy but it's usually safe and comfortable on the bed.
