If I could give them a negative rating , I would. I had to use them one day for taking a taxi to airport because it was a super early flight. I called the night before to schedule a driver. The morning of, I received a message stating the driver was on his way. Waiting waiting waiting. About 30 minutes later, I called them and they were like ‘oh your driver canceled. We’re trying to find a new one’. I was extremely upset because by this time I was already 15 minutes from when I needed to be at the airport. And no one contacted me to let me know there was a problem. I ended up canceling the taxi and calling another service. I got to the airport just in time. However, I never ever ever ever ever ever ever will I use them again.

I prefer riding in licensed cabs with licensed cab drivers. I did my best to contact this company: a chat bot which never answered me, and a phone number which asked me to hold and then disconnected me. I realized that somebody was trying to tell me something, so I took a Lyft instead. I recommend that you do likewise.

Used the taxi service for a late night ride between Union Station and Arlington. Fast and efficient. Certainly not cheap but served the purpose well for a late night.

When taking taxi's in DC make sure they take debit cards before getting in, get a receipt and know that most places should cost about $12-$15 to get to. We filled a complaint as one driver doubled our fare, would only take cash, said he didn't have any change to give and basically gave himself a $6 tip. We had another experience with a cabi that also said cash only. Never heard of such a thing.

Great service, awsome staff. i called them on 1/24 to schedule a 415am pickup to take me to DCA, driver was at my house at 3:45AM. This is by far the best taxi company I have ever used in DC. My driver Yared was extremely friendly, professional and awsome. I am confident to recomend this cab company. Their dispatch staff is awsome as well, texted me at a head of time to confirm, then texted me when they arrived. Thanks for the awsome ride DC TAXI SERVICE taxi :)
