This is an up close and personal theater with only about 100 seats, and the show we saw, Proof, was very professional and well done. For the students among us, I appreciate that they have a pay what you can night during some parts of the run, which makes this outstanding theater affordable for all. All of the staff was very courteous and welcoming.

I am a Theatre professional living in South Florida, but I was absolutely floored by their production of TRIBES currently playing. Superb professional acting (all but one Equity), wonderful production design, and excellent direction with a script that engrosses you and makes you think. Highly recommended - they've been around almost 20 years, and know what they are doing!

We enjoy the Kitchen Theatre. They put on plays you don't normally see in upstate NY and the talk-backs are always so interesting and informative. While we love to attend the full season, lately we've been traveling a lot and they allow us to purchase 10 tickets, which we can mix and match. The lobby is also lovely, with a bar and news about the plays posted on the walls.

This theater is home to 7 to 10 plays per year and has capacity for about 110 max. It is well laid out and the productions are top notch. Attended recently Sex with Strangers Well acted and a very interesting play. A real treasure for the community

It's a pity that the Kitchen Theatre fell off our family radar in recent years. Their artistic productions are ultra creative, high quality and avant garde. It was a pleasure to make my first visit to their new location to see Death Boogie. It's a high energy, incisive hip-hop musical that grips the audience -- thank you Kitchen for bringing this to Ithaca!
