On 6/28/25 I booked the Ireland Steelers Trip 11 weeks in advance. with DeBolt travel and received a thank-you email being from the area I wanted to support the local agency. I told George I wanted a single room , he said no problem it’s $500 more for a $5000 total, he said you will have a great time, there is 44 going with 14 spots left. I told him I would pay in full by bank check. He said you will get a package and confirmation in the mail. A month prior I called and said I hadn’t got anything yet, he said they are a little behind, if need be he will broom it to my house. The have an office in Homestead on the second floor but no one was there when I attempted to stop, and the phone mailbox was full of messages. 11 days prior I talked to him again and he said your still on and I should get the information shortly as I wanted to price insurance and go to the bank to get the check, I don’t keep $5000 in the house. 5 days prior to departure I talked to him again and said I never got a package you were supposed to mail. He said let me go to my office, call me in three hours. I called and he said “ for whatever reason your not on the trip” I said for whatever reason, you own the company.Your incompetence is the reason.Maybe if he ran the agency with competent staff and did try to do everything himself ( he is also the tour bus driver) this wouldn’t have happened. As it was growing nearer my anticipation was growing being Irish and a Steeler fan. I don’t recommend this agency to anyone as you will not be sure you are on the trip till you get on the plane. A huge disappointment!

Falling water was discussed amongst family only a few went and I found it amazing it was insightful and the guide was great and knowledgeable.
