I agree, yellow cab drivers intentionally go out of their way to extend the trip to make a higher charge. Thankfully, we are allowed to tell the driver how to go from point A to point B. Even then the charges are great. I want to check out the other ways. Thanks.

Don't understand why all the bad reviews. Then again, Pittsburgh is a democrat city filled with middle aged children. Cab took 20 minutes to pick me up. Driver helped with my bags. Price was fair. It's a cab service, not your personal driver. Grow up you supposed 'adults.

Try Uber or Lyft. Do not use the Yellow cab company if you want to get somewhere on time and within the budget you have.

I don't know what the issue is with taxis in Pittsburgh, but they are the WORST of almost anywhere that I have travelled - pick any company who says they operate a taxi service in Pitt. We finally went to a hotel and got the doorman to call a cab. He showed up and is front seat was filled up with what looked like his laundry and grocery shopping. Save your sanity and call an Uber.

Only one driver was the best she was awesome and respectful rest were mean and would not pick up our friend because he was deaf there called zTrip now not yellow cab anymore and the dispatchers need a lot of work with there customer service skills as well I only recommend one driver the rest no the need better cab drivers and dispatchers and the manager was a joke didn’t even acted like she cared
