I have been a season subscriber for the CLO for over 10 years. In 2019 I purchased and paid in full for 6 Sunday series for 4 seats - paid in full with email confirmation for the season 2020. Of course we know that 2020 did not have a CLO season, and I did not request for a refund --- my mistake. 2020 season and 2021 season did not exist... so now I am having a hard time getting my subscription to be forwarded to season 2022. I have tried emails through subscription and ticketing... tried phone calls to no avail. I even forwarded my subscription email confirmation as an attachment. Is the Pittsburgh CLO still a credible organization to be trusted with your payment?

What a Fantastic show! CLO Wizard Of Oz Summer under the Stars at Heinz Field. Event staff friendly. I purchased tickets early, really got conflicting info about wheelchair seating. Thanks to Nick/CLO liaison, my granddaughters and I had an amazing time. Nick was amazing, did everything but valet parking. We had a wonderful experience because of Nick.

My parents, a friend and I attended a sunday matinee for The Double Threat Trio. Loved the show, but the service was terrible!!! Our first waitress brought water and menus, then never came back to the table. When i stopped another waitress 15-20 minutes later to inquire about ordering drinks or food, she said I'm sure your waitress will be back. And then she walked away to take care of other tables. She did not volunteer to take our order or even find our original waitress...her attitude was rude and condescending, as if we were not worth her time. I noticed our original waitress waiting on the table behind us multiple times but was unable to catch her attention. FINALLY, my mother was able to get her attention so we could place our order. Again, we got a rude, condescending attitude. ( I guess we were supposed to be grateful that she even brought us water, in the first place.) The food and drinks were only so-so and we never did see our waitress again after the order was delivered, so we didn't/couldn't order more food/drinks, if we wanted. Fortunately, the show was very entertaining, but this type of service makes me think twice about attending another show here in the future. Management needs to hire better waitstaff, or do some training concerning attitude adjustments, and proper service.

We went to a show called 'Men are from mars; Women are from Venus'. Was a great one man show. Haven't had a good belly laugh in a long while. The acoustics were fine, the food was fine. The service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress took our drink order quickly but it all went downhill from there. Fifteen minutes later we got our drinks. Was ready to order but she had to leave to attend another table. Another fifteen minutes later, she returned and took our food order. Twenty minutes later we got our food. It was all cold when it should have been hot. The other couple at our table experienced the same dilemma. They wanted another round of drinks and had to go out of the auditorium to the bar and get their own drinks. We left a two dollar tip; the other couple paid in cash leaving 9 cents for a tip. Will not eat there again if we return.

My mother, sister and I were visiting Pittsburgh for the weekend and were looking for something to do in the evening. We found this place online and bought tickets for Perfect Wedding. We walked there from our hotel (Hampton Inn) so we didn't have to worry about parking. I didn't realize they served food and drinks there, had I known we probably would have eaten there. Great intimate setting, we were in the back at a small table and had no problems seeing. The performance was outstanding, I laughed almost the entire time. It flew by. I will definitely make sure to check this place out again next time we are in town.
