Herschel King provides a large park with a covered picnic area available for rent adjacent to a well-equipped boat launch area. I heard the sound of a horseshoes game as we waited for friends. There are two boat launch ramps and a large parking lot reserved for vehicles and trailers along with a smaller lot for everyone else.The launch area and the park in general are clean and in good repair with newer aluminum walkways providing access to incoming and departing boats.

Well maintained boat ramps, shady playground and covered picnic pavillion. No walking trails; there are two piers for fishing and benches to relax and watch the boats go by on the Intracoastal. Clean bathrooms and plenty of parking.

Older park- they have a playground some Pavilion- 2 Boat launches so usually no wait or a short wait, restrooms also

Whether getting your boat in or out of the water, a beautiful place, great location, nice parking area, nice picnic area and a real gem.

This is by far the best boat ramp in the area! Thats all we have done at the park is launch our boat there. They do have picnic tables and a covered pavilion, not sure if it is first come first serve or if you need to reserve.
