My wife and I went on vacation in December 2023. We parked at the Embassy Suites and took this shuttle to the cruise port. The driver gave my wife his card and said call me upon your return and we come pick you up. That was not the case. I called him and he asked how many in my party. Of course it was just my wife and I. I don't know if any of the others that departed with us were returning to the hotel. When I told him my wife and I, he responded that he was not going to come out for just two passengers. I then called the hotel and wss told that it was a third party vendor thay only drops off. What sense does that make??! They will provide transportation to, but not from the cruise port!!! Thankfully I found a great Uber driver that accepted all of our luggage and took us to the hotel. I rarely give bad reviews, but this one is well deserved. Stay clear.

We use this transportation company twice on our carnival cruise trip. They were very professional, prompt and saved us money. We call them around 5:30 AM on the return trip they answer the phone and dispatch a van out there right away. Great Job..
