tripadvisorGreat library with very helpful employees. The Book Cellar on the lower level has a large number of books for sale. All categorized by subject.
MorePublic libraries are, in my opinion, by their very nature, wonderful places. Mt Lebo library exceeds them all in greatness. Not only does it have an excellent collection, because it belongs to the Allegheny county library system, books from all the many libraries in the county are available for the asking. Not only books, but also DVDs, audiobooks, ebooks, music, periodicals and newspapers, and music. The staff are always friendly, knowledgable, and eager to help. I could go on about the well designed space that hosts a wide variety of programs and meetings, but I won't because I've already made my point.
MoreNice to just go and read. The library collection is wonderful and you can get books on line from almost anywhere in the world.
MoreThis library is staffed with helpful folks and has a great variety of fiction and non-fiction and periodicals. They have a whole area dedicated to childrens books and videos.
MoreMy wife lives there, brings home videos, etc. The library sponsors foreign language classes, speakers, community forums with legislators -- you name it. It is linked into the Allegheny County system, offering virtually any book you could request, and the staff always eager to help. It's one more reason why Mt Lebanon is such a wonderful community.
