Look Eyecare was amazing. On 12/24/2024 there was chaos and no fire alarms, lights were out and they still took care of me. Patricia and Jerry were wonderful.

This mall is fantastic. I live around the area and go all the time with friends. Whenever we go, the people who work there are kind to us and help us with whatever we need. The food they have there is amazing especially the cheesesteak. This is the perfect place to go with your friends even if you’re a teenager and your parents are just dropping you off. Also, it has a wide variety of shops all the way from Louis Vuitton and Gucci to toy stores and candy stores for little kids. I would definitely recommend going to this mall If you’re in town!

I went here while I was visiting Pittsburgh for a Steelers game. It was nice. Food court ok, decent shopping options and it worked for me, but not sure it’s for everyone. I don’t like shopping malls but this was a pleasant visit.

I wish they would open earlier. 11 am is a terrible time for those who work. The Starbucks is open very early but only for employees. Nothing more awful than being locked out in the cold watching people have their morning coffee while I turn away to leave. The mall is beautiful but your losing customers who may work a second or third shift. I started shopping online this year for my holiday gifts. Your hours are awful. Please fix them and do it year round.

Ok, its time to open with regular mall hours! The 3 hours that you changed and you are now closed does NOT make a difference for Covid safety. If the mall is open, ALL stores and food court restaurants should be open. If they want to be in the mall, they should follow mall hours! Get back to regular hours so we can get there during the week! 7:00 closing doesn't give anyone who works much time to do anything!
