We took a tour of Wilmington on E-bikes. The tour took us through Greenfield Park. The park has nice trails. We saw a lot of turtles and an alligator while we were there. Lots of shade.

I love walking this park! It's paved and usually not too busy. Great wildlife viewing, beautiful lake, great exercise. There's a park and picnic area and place to rent boats. You can also bring you own canoe or kayak to explore the lake on your own. This place has a special spot in my heart!

This was our first visit to Wilmington and we were very excited to see this park. It's more beautiful in person than it is in pictures. Tons of walking paths, parks, and structures. We were disappointed because 6 different structures that we attempted to eat a picnic lunch at were taken over by a homeless population (they were very loud and outspoken). We kept walking down the path each time hoping to find an empty shelter a ways down the path, but finally gave up and ate in a grassy area. Still a beautiful place to visit though. Lots of potential and a photographers dream

I have lived in the area since 1973 and never tire of driving the loop around the lake. This time it was a cold and rainy day but still manage to see things I have missed before. A real gem for Wilmington. A definite “can not miss” during the spring.
