Many of our residential clients have elaborate cut crystal chandeliers. Some are very grand and can be situated in capacious lobbies - sometimes up to 20 feet off the floor. Everything is hand cleaned. Some chandeliers are stripped down to clean, then we deep dip. Certainly every piece is cleaned by hand. Most are reached by tall step ladders. For jobs up to 30 feet we use the Genie personnel lift. From very early in our history we provided construction clean up for windows in houses, offices and hotels during construction. New windows can get contaminated by stucco, over spray and caulking products. Great care is required when removing these substances from new glass and we have an unblemished record for delivering perfect glass. Our project history is very comprehensive and includes office towers, hotel towers, trolley stations, shopping malls, theme parks and hundreds of homes. Residential pressure washing is good maintenance. It removes all the pollutants .
