I recently visited for Saturday afternoon appointment with a large party (6). It was easy to work with the staff to schedule multiple appointments. The location is so charming and bright - there is a sunroom area that can booked for large parties. We checked in a few minutes late for our group however the team was very accommodating getting us checked in and ready. I throughout enjoyed my standard massage - the treatment room was spacious and clean. I did change in the treatment room to be able to take full advantage of my appointment time and then I was escorted to the locker room area to change into a room and enter the quiet room for tea and relaxation. However this experience was not relaxing. The spa was extremely busy and the quiet room was so packed there was barely anywhere to sit. With so many people even in hushed tones the room was not very quiet. It is also co-ed which I don’t normally enjoy when you are in a robe partially nude (and we weren’t given a heads up). The locker room area is small and little tight for all of the people that were in the room. One of our party was unable to make the appointment and we could loudly hear a staff member/manager complaining that they were not informed in advance (which could have been addressed at check in) and made us feel unwelcome. Once we were paying we were loudly asked who would be paying for the appointment since it was not cancelled in time (which we did pay with no discussion) but it would have been appreciated to address more tact. Overall I enjoyed massage but I would definitely ask prior to booking if they have a full house during the time slot you want to make sure you can actually walk around and enjoy the spa.There is free street parking $$

Really great pedicure. The place is immaculate and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Disappointing that the esthetician upsold a very expensive product but actually gave me something more expensive. When I later realized it, the manager approved an exchange on the phone, but when I drove back 30 minutes the next day, she refused the exchange. So watch out. Terrible business model and customer service. Don’t fall for the expensive upsell. Find another spa to patronize.

I have the opportunity to have the most A M A Z I N G facial with Yamel, on April 2021 she was extremely professional. my face and my skin still looking great up today. the quality of the products are fantastic. I can wait to go back. :)

Amaaaazing! I was fortunate enough to be booked a massage with Stephen, and he is absolutely phenomenal! The front desk staff, Gia and Ashley, were attentive and helpful, and all areas of the spa were well kept and gave a luxurious feel. You almost forget you're in Boulder and not a 5 star resort! Thank you all soooo much
