Do NOT use this limo company! If you are hiring a limo for a luxury experience, do not go with this company!! We hired them for a goodbye drive to the airport. They showed up and the limo was damaged on the outside; we then found out that nothing worked on the inside - not even the windows, so the goodbye drive was ruined as we couldn't even wave to friends and family who were there to send us off. We asked for a partial refund and we were told they don't give rides for free. Of course, no one is hiring a $300 limo for the ride - we could have hired an uber for $20! So if you are planning on hiring a limousine and expecting a good experience, do NOT go with this company!

Through a series of logistical challenges, my girlfriend and I landed in anchorage at 9pm needing to be 4.5 hours away in Homer by 8am the next morning. Steve helped me explore multiple options to get there before he found a way to get us there himself. We would’ve lost another day on our prepaid trip if it wasn’t for his customer service. I would absolutely recommend Alaska Limousine to anyone.

The level of service was exceptional from start to finish. Very impressed with our chauffeur, Charles. He was very professional and pleasant to talk with. He talked to us and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you for providing a service that makes a difference. Keep it up. Charles is definitely an asset to the company!
