Central Dauphin Middle School provides academic classes to students in various subjects, including art, business education, family and consumer science, English, math, reading, special education, technology education, health and physical education. It also offers foreign language program in grades six through eight in French, German, Latin and Spanish. The school offers various sports programs that include football, soccer, hockey, baseball, cross country, tennis, volleyball, swimming, softball, and track and field. In addition, it offers several extracurricular activities, including band, chorus, orchestra and general music. The school has a parent teacher association, as well as offers various clubs, such as students against destructive decisions and student council. The school is operated by the Central Dauphin School District, and is located in Harrisburg, Pa.
