Access to this well-paved trail along the creek is gained through West Downtown Park. Our entry point was via Rio Grande Blvd. and then left on Mountain Road. We followed this path for some time and eventually ended up at the Albuquerque aquarium and botanical gardens site. It was an enjoyable walk. No cars, just bicycles, and a great deal of peace and solitude. Much appreciated.
