We were excited when we saw that the Totem Pole Playhouse had a show while we were visiting Gettysburg with my sister and her husband. We'd seen a show there on a previous visit and I'm happy to report that this show was even better! Come From Away was so moving and so well done. We all talked about it for the remainder of the evening and the next day. We could find nothing to criticize in the acting, the production, the theater in the woods were all excellent. I look forward to visiting Gettysburg again and will definitely include the Totem Pole Playhouse.

I first went to Totem Pole Playhouse in 1995 and saw a fantastic production of South Pacific. I have been coming to Totem Pole ever since. It is a beautiful theater located in the majestic Caledonia State Park. They are now doing shows almost all year round and I love the Spring season so far and I can't wait for the Summer season, especially to see South Pacific again. Totem Pole Playhouse is my happy place.

As an actor in Totem Pole last year and a soon to be actor this year, I love Totem Pole. Working at Totem Pole was a highlight of my summer, and I hope it will be this summer. They are so welcoming and though rehearsals are 2 1/2 weeks and the show is 2 1/2 weeks, you truly become a theater family and make life long friends. The pay is fantastic and you are well treated and not overworked. I hope to be in many shows in the future!

Bunny and I are full season subscribers and again looking forward to a new season. Last season (2022) had a good array of entertainment, except for Beehive... subpar, compared to the other excellent productions.

Saw Beehive this summer which was amateurish, terrible costumes, so-so singers, more of a community theater production. Then saw Footloose which was better but also not professional quality more like a college show with students, the dancing was great. Rowan Joseph, the guy running Totem Pole for the last 5 years left and the high quality of the shows apparently went with him. On top of it all they raised the ticket fees!
