Booked van from Hotel to Cruise ship terminal in Miami very good rate for 11 seater we had 10 plenty of room for passengers and luggage. Van turn up on time very smart driver in jacket very professional, had nice trip to the port driver unloaded luggage to porters. Can't praise Careli enough.

Before leaving Wales for our Princess Cruise through the Panama Canal had booked this company to arrange a day trip in Miami & Everglades at the end of our holiday. We were a group of 6 people plus luggage. The response to our initial inquiry was prompt & offered us a tailor-made tour. Cost was very acceptable inclusive of entry to Everglades & boat trip.We were picked up at port Lauderdale at 10 am in a Mercedes people carrier that was spotless with Elias our driver immaculately dressed. As previously arranged he took us to the Everglades & then on a tour of Miami. He was very accommodating stopping at various locations as requested before taking us back to MIA for our 9pm flight. Elias our driver was courteous, knowledgable & was proud to show us his city. What a fabulous end to our holiday thanks to Elias. As a group we would highly recommend this company. We hired the services of this company a week ago to go with a group of friends to the port, we went on a cruise. I'd like to emphasize the timeliness of the van was, on time. The driver was really polite, friendly and helpful. The van was new, so everything was so clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for the service. I recommend it 100%.

The Hampton Inn airport west recomended we took the services they give us a great deal 85 dolars for the van they charge flat rate we had 10 people in our group, the van came on time very nice Mercedes Sprinter clean the driver was on a suit, it was a very nice ride 100% recomended

Our hotel suggested Careli Tours for our transportation to the cruise port - we were three people with luggage and they picked us up on time, delivered us on time,. were helpful and courteous and the fare was $25.00. Besides it was a nice clean a/c vehicle. The driver gave us his card and when we returned after our 7 day cruise, we called him and he was there in a very short time. Since we had a layover in Miami before our flight back home, we requested a tour of Miami, incl. Little Cuba neighborhood, the driver suggested an authentic Cub an restaurant, dropped us off (we left the luggage in the van) and picked us up again once we were done. Still showing us Miami, he dropped us off at the airport. The cost was reasonable for the sightseeing trip for three. We can only highly recommend this service, especially since we were overcharged by a blue taxi chosen randomly from the airport to our hotel, due to late arrival at night
