After Thanksgiving lunch we all went for a walk at Stephen’s Lake Park just to get some exercise. We weren't to only ones with that idea, but it wasn't crowded either.

This park was an absolutely gem! We didnt know what we were going to find because the drive up to the parking is a bit deceiving. There is a 1.7 mile paved, outer loop that is extremely scenic, with an overlook along the NW area (yes, this park has some incline!). There is a series of paved trails, a small lake with a paved 0.6 mile loop, bridges, canoeing, gardens, swimming, outdoor showers, brick-and-mortar toilets...the list goes on and on. I highly recommend this park for all ages (and if you are a runner, the 1.7 mile outer loop is a challenging Strava Segment!).

Lovely place for a family day. Highly recommend, especially the splash pad and lake. It’s also a very safe place for walks and centrally located.

This is a very beautiful park. My wife and I took many pictures. We enjoyed it a lot. We have been there around one hour!
