The Arts Center is beautiful and the variety of shows offers something for everyone. But they have a continuing problem with the sound volume. Almost every show is much too loud for the size of the venue. Complaints to the management have no effect and they don't seem to notice that much of the audience leaves at intermission. I will not renew my season tickets.

We were delighted to learn that our local theatre was offering a concert honoring The Jersey Boys last Sunday afternoon! The theatre itself is fairly new, 10 years old, and a comfortable size to hear and view whatever is offered. The location and parking are very convenient to locals and visitors alike. But the event was unlike any that we'd seen before! There were four charming young men who were very adept at engaging with the audience, no matter where one was seated. All four had lovely voices for the tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons! Their act was choreographed, charming costumes and banter, well-expressed music, and most especially, their lead singer Rhys. His range of voice and capability was truly amazing, as was his expression, pitch perfect, and the whole group was fully invested in the music, the history and the audience. I would encourage anyone who was interested in local theatre to attend our excellent venue, and if you have the chance to see these four young men: Rhys, Nick, Matt, and Jessie, please devote a couple of hour. You won't regret it!
