Nestled in the vast Forest Park, the Cabanne House or the Forest Park Headquarters Building was originally designed as a residence for the park keeper, the superintendents and commissioners. The design is inspired from the master plans of renowned architect James H. McNamara. In 2006, several designers refurbished the house, but care was taken not to tamper with the original character of the structure.
