Just a quick night here, en route to Cincinnati. Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Decent size room (we were second from the top floor with an Arch View).

So this was a pretty nice hotel. I wouldnt put it at the top of the Four Seasons I have stayed at, but there was the high quality service you expect. I think there was one thing that bothered me about the hotel and it had nothing to do with the hotel and all to do about the location. There is nothing walkable near the hotel. I wanted to get a vitamin water and there was absolutely no place to get one. And if there were I am not sure how safe I would feel walking around outside. It is a function of downtown St. Louis in this area. But the location wasn't great. They hotel had a great gym and I had a nice view of the arch out my window, but other than that, unless I wanted to stay in the hotel the whole time I needed to take and Uber to go anywhere.

It's stupid that they are kicking customers out because they can, definetely a lawsuit for them. They are violating sanitation and customer's protection rights, making this hotel one of the worst experiences at st louis.

Horrible establishment, unprofessional to the core and absolutely no sense of service whatsoever. From the hotel staff to the f&b staff. You can spend $1k USD on a meal there and have your food dropped on the floor right in front of your face without so much as an apology from the MANAGER who dropped it! Not to mention, they will trespass you from the property if they think you will be writing a review on them (whether or not they have an idea of which way your review might sway)!

Horrible customer service. Do not spend your money here the staff were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I never received a refund despite leaving early for check in
