Photographer, Julia Radlick CPP, is the 2009 Oregon Professional Photographer of the Year and Professional Photographers of America National Photographer of the Year. She is professionally certified through PPA, an honor less than 3% of the nations photographers hold. We also accept on-location commissions in Portland, OR and along the Oregon Coast.
