My flight was running a little late, I called to let them know I would be late. I ran and made it to the pick up spot in time. I didn't see the van so I called the number, waited through the multiple automated messages, found out I was in the right spot, called again to talk to a person, they told me the van had already left (citing something about the airport being mean to their drivers recently), and I hung up that call (which took many minutes) 3 minutes after my van was supposed to leave. I have never left a review before, and had to create an account to share this, but my plans and day were so ruined by this company I felt the need. Don't trust them. Wish I could give zero stars.

I have consistently received expert & speedy help, either on the phone or in-person, for making reservations. All of the drivers have been kind and supportive, and the trips to/fromhave been comfortable & easy.

7:30 pickup at camp verde chevron. Driver was punctual and extremely rude. I wish to never cross paths with Larry P. In my life. Driver was snappy, rude, spoke rudely as he walked away from me about getting into the van “now” (there were 20 minutes before departure)When we arrived at the airport I exited the van at my terminal (Alaska) and he told me this wasn’t my terminal and I was flying southwest. I’m pretty positive which airline I am flying but Larry P. Insisted that I was flying southwest (weird hill to die on Larry P. ) When I told him which bag was mine he snapped at me and told me he had a process and this was ruining it. As I walked away to leave he continued to shout at me about “paying it forward” not sure if he was implying that I should tip him or something but maybe he should practice what he preaches. Would not hope for my worst enemy to cross paths with a man named Larry P. As he was unpleasant, rude, argumentative, arrogant and disrespectful

They were great! I was informed every step of the way of travel details. I took them both ways to and from Phoenix. They kept me informed of delays and changes

This is THE shuttle service to use when flying into Phoenix. We scheduled the shuttle from Phoenix to Sedona. The online reservation is extremely easy to use and the most reasonable cost. Communication is prompt and detailed on your reservation, including specific instructions on meeting place for pick up. The van itself, is very comfortable, roomy and clean. Butch, our driver, was very professional and provided some history while bringing us safely to our destination. We felt very safe with his driving. He was prompt on the scheduled time of pick up. Will definitely use them again.
