Room 3.5/5: I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. I was put in a single queen accessible room (I did not require the accessibility) that had a street-facing window. The room itself was nice and clean, with the exception of a bit of paper still in the recycling bin. As you'd expect, even on the 8th floor, there was NYC street noise. There was a white noise machine provided, but I did not use it. The rooms do not have microwaves. mini-fridges, or full-size coffee makers (espresso machine provided with a few pods). The provided iron had a significant leak in the water compartment and no ironing board was in the room. I will also say that the bar with the temperature control in the shower gets very hot, which may be a concern for those with littles or reduced sensation.Staff 5/5: The lobby staff were very polite and friendly.Location 4/5: This location is very close to the 4/5 subway line and obviously Union Square.Billing 1/5: When I checked out, there was a TV charge despite the fact that I never turned on the TV. I called and this was promptly refunded. However, later that night, the bill was revised to reflect food being taken from the mini-snack bar, which also did not occur. I am not sure where things are going amiss, but there is an issue somewhere tracking which rooms use what.

MoreMy boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and had such a lovely experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had a really welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Alejandro and Donnie were especially kind and helpful during our stay and made us feel very taken care of.We really appreciated the warm service and attention to detail. Even though it was a short stay, it left a great impression on us. We would definitely stay here again :)
