The food court needs more choices of eateries. More shops are needed. Stopped in to grab a salad...since Chik-fil-a and the pizza shop left, don't go like I used to.

Good place for food & niche shopping, but STAY AWAY FROM THE RESTROOMS! The restrooms are in an isolated narrow hidden hallway in the food court and have NO doors at the entrances making it VERY unsafe for women and children. I had to use the ladies' room when a dirty looking MAN with his hood up walks into the ladies' room! There was 0 security in sight! I was just lucky that another patron of the ladies' room had the guts to chase him away. I'm going to let myself leak into my clothes before I ever set foot in that bathroom again!

Nice, clean, and airy experience in the heart of the city. Small shopping mall, but enough to kill an hour or two. There is a good variety of food choices, and a couple good stores, but mostly the skylight dome is the cool feature of the facility. Clean bathrooms are a plus, as well as being attached to the Westin Hotel.

A relatively small mall with a nice domed glass ceiling and when I visited in December the Xmas Tree was beautiful. There were a few shops I wanted to visit and they had what I was after. It was also opposite my hotel so very handy. If you are a hardened serious shopper though you may want to find a larger mall.

While visiting the observation deck, you may want to try the shops. There are not too many but nice to get indoors when cold outside.Decent shops nothing worthwhile.
