Natomas School of Music is a music school in North Natomas, Sacramento, offering private lessons in piano, guitar, ukulele, voice, drums and percussion, bass guitar, violin, viola, cello, brass (including trumpet and trombone), and woodwinds including flute, clarinet and saxophone. Lessons are one-on-one at our Duckhorn Drive studio, and online lessons are also available. Piano, guitar, ukulele and drum students can start at age 5; voice, strings, brass, woodwinds and online lessons start at age 7. Teens and adults are welcome, from first-time beginners to experienced players, and families can book lessons on more than one instrument on the same day. Students track their progress through our Musical Ladder System, earning wristbands, trophies and certificates as they pass playing tests, and every student is invited to perform in our student showcases. Weekday lessons start at 2 p.m., Saturday lessons run 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and there is no semester minimum, so students can start any time. We serve families from Natomas, West Sacramento, the Pocket, North Highlands, Antelope, Folsom and the greater Sacramento area.
