I had a very wonderful stay at this hotel!! The two ladies at the front desk Anisha and Lorraine were wonderful! I’m impressed by the professionalism that these young ladies exude. I feel like they’re in a good place to proceed further in their career. I commend Anisha and Lorraine for their good work. They made my night!!!!

Great location right in between both the universities. Very close to the train station. Nice outdoor terrace with fire pits. Clean, comfortable room.

I stayed here for one night while my son and I were visiting a local university. The location is perfect, and the room was newly-renovated and very clean. The lounge was amazing. It was really clean and well-stocked, and the breakfast was delicious (and had great vegetarian options, which I really appreciated). Teresa (who manages the lounge) does an incredible job!

Stayed here for a week long training and the staff at the hotel and conference center were amazing. Special shout out to Nezha at the front desk and Sharon and Teresa in the conference center. Their service was impeccable but their personalities made them five stars in my book. Would stay here again.

I arrived at the hotel many hours before check-in after an early flight and went to the front desk simply to ask if they could store my bag. Montrose Jones surprised me by letting me know my room was already available and I could check in right away. When my cousins arrived shortly afterward, tired from their travels, Montrose made sure their rooms were ready as well.That kindness meant a great deal to us. We were able to rest before turning to the arrangements for a family funeral the next day. Montrose’s thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile made a difficult time easier, and we are very grateful.
