This is the worst Hilton Property I have ever stayed at in 35 years of traveling the world. I chose it because it was close to the airport. Hilton needs to shut this place down. Not only is the hotel in poor condition and lots of wear the staff is not to the standards of Hilton. When I complained I was told the facts, no concern for my expression and when I stayed that the staff were poorly trained, I was told I am very well trained. That's all I need to share. DONT STAY HERE!

You are paying 2026 prices for 1984 amenities,the room that we're staying in at one time had a water leak,the furniture is dated, a couple of days I emptied the trash I spoke to a manager earlier in my stay ,he informed me that renovations would be happening in spring of2027 it is truly need

All staff including the one I spoke with on the phone guaranteed me that there was shuttle service 24 hours a day. I confirmed that with one phone representative and two front desk reps due to an early flight. When I went to check out and take the airport shuttle, I was told it doesn’t operate at this hour. The front desk rep completely shut me down and told me to “order an uber because there’s nothing the hotel can do to help, and we’ve never had a shuttle operate this early”. The overall experience was okay but being mislead and mistreated at the end bumps this down a lot.

This property is not so much dated as it is rundown. The floor in our room clearly had not been vacuumed. The cushion on a chair in the room was ripped and stuffing was coming out. There was a big hair ball attached to a wastebasket. The only thing clean were the sheets, which was the only thing that saved this hotel stay. The floor in the breakfast area was completely sticky. Outside there was trash on the ground (cup with yellow liquid and bugs) that clearly was there a long time and was still there in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for. There are a ton of hotels around this airport and this isn’t one I’d choose again.

My flight was cancelled so I had to stay overnight to catch my flight in the morning, proximity to the airport was the only good thing I could say about this hotel. First experience was that the hotel shuttle took over 30 minutes to pick me up, typically it takes 5-6 minutes to get to the hotel. Second experience was down at the restaurant ordering food which took approximately 50 minutes and then when the food arrived it wasn’t even my order. Stay away at all cost!
