I needed service on my rainbow vac. Peter was more interested in selling me a new vacuum than servicing my current one.

Was sold a damaged item/vacuum contacted them within 2 weeks they refused to take it back for a refund. They were insulting when speaking with them. I had to and still am fighting it on my credit...
