My daughter and I lost our home due to my father passing, and was in tight spot first time in my daughter's life. She is 18 I got put here from state of Delaware knowing my daughter has cp and is in a wheelchair. It was disgusting I'm broke but took money I had to get room elsewhere. There are bugs, roaches. Bathtub was disgusting and didn't drain. Man outside kept asking if I had a crack pipe after telling him I don't do drugs he proceeded to sit on step openly doing drugs. There are prostitutes. The police harassed me bc I was in a neighborhood and stood out. Would not recommend

Easy check in. Fairly rough quarters (small hole in wall, burn marks in shower, deformed/.melted a/c unit cover. Bed was very nice, and no bugs. Apparently I was charged an extra 20$ on top of the first $80 - for cleanup?? Cleaning crew probably had one of the easiest jobs. Noisy neighbors (tenants). 80$ seemed steep for all things considered. The $20 extra gets this Inn a SKIDMARK rating.

Marx was excellent and had the best energy made sure I was token care of in less than 5 minutes getting a room and considering my needs. I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to come if need be.

Great place and rooms plus places to go nearby all the time . Cheap rates, accomodations, clean, very nice, no attitudes at all. Kids pets allowed. Low rates. Everything is close by to eat also!!!!! Love them!!!! Love staying there!!!! For everyone
