I am a loyal Hilton customer, so I was disappointed in our room. Although the bed was freshly made and comfortable, the room was smaller than expected and had been poorly prepared. We had to call Engineering to get the tv to work, there was a broken lamp, and the in-room coffee lacked basic supplies. To be fair, the problems were addressed, but they should not have been there. I expect better from Hilton. As to value, not great. I can't imagine why they charge for parking except to get more money from guests. No other hotels in the suburban area does so. The Hampton Inn across the street is a better value overall.

Wow - the worst hilton I have ever stayed at and as Hilton Grand Vacation owners we’ve stayed at Hilton properties all over the world. After our long 8 hour drive we needed quiet and comfort and the full Hiltons usually fit the bill. But here there was a wedding and the door to the ballroom was open into the restaurant with loud music playing and wedding guests loudly strolling through. The “night manager” (who was also the bellman) forced us to move us from the quiet back room we booked on the 4th floor to a smelly rundown non hypoallergenic room which opened onto the pool and was next to the fitness center because of my medical service dog (a small hypoallergenic breed since I am highly allergic to pet dander). The air conditioning system in the building is old and rattled on and off all night. My allergies kicked in because of the scented spray they used to cover up the smells in here so no sleep was had by any of us. We will not be back

I was very disappointed in this stay. I've actually stayed here several times. This visit was for a funeral and we booked several rooms. My room was not very clean, crumbs and pretzel pieces were on the floor along edges of bed and furniture. A dog ball was at the end of the bed under untucked covering on the bed frame. The curtain sheers had long 3-4' rips (possibly from a pet?). The staff in the bar area were very friendly and attentive. Even though the rooms are dated it previously had always been a solid place to stay for cleanliness and location. Overall highly disappointed in this trip especially for this price point.

I'm not sure why this hotel has such a high rating. This is an old property. The lobby area has been updated; however, the rooms appear untouched. Housekeeping is lacking. The bathroom is tiny and awkward. There were copious amounts of mold in my shower. There was hair all over the towels. There was even a huge ball of hair on the bathroom floor. There was a wad of hair in the shower. There was more hair on the shower curtain as well as stains on the shower curtain on the shower side. You will not get hot water from the shower. You will have a lukewarm shower at best. The vanity sink drains very slowly. None of the furniture matches and the stained carpet should have been ripped out at least 20 years ago. Staff was professional and welcoming; however, the facility itself needs an overhaul.

Long drive between New York and Florida and this is always a favorite to stop off on the way. Sadly the executive lounge wasn't opened and parking fee now applies. The exercise room offered a variety of equipment to use and love the rooms. The rooms do need to be updated as well. Another thing missing were the silver ice buckets they used to sell and now an ordinary ice bucket is in the rooms. Breakfast was good as well as the snacks pantry. Sleep quality was good on the bedding and would definitely stop again in the future.
