Whether beginner or expert, our mission is to provide the tools to empower you to heal and transform your body, mind and spirit. We strive to provide the most mindful and comprehensive classical Pilates training available for a dynamic and thought provoking workout. At Life Pilates, you will receive skill specific training from high caliber, experienced professionals in a private, safe and supportive environment. We offer Mat, Reformer and Tower classes, Life Lessons workshops, as well as pre-natal and post-natal classes by request. Our mat and equipment classes are available in private, semiprivate, duet, half or full hour sessions. Class size is limited for individualized attention, so please register in advance.
