The driver was great and all of the employees I spoke to were kind and considerate. I would gladly give the company a 4-star rating if we were in the 1990s. The company's dispatched system is mostly through the phone. They have an app and a website, but they are little more than landing pages. I tried to update a pickup time and stayed on hold for 35 minutes before being told that they couldn't contact a car. I had to call back after the call was dropped. I called and remained on hold an additional 6 minutes before being told that they had contacted the driver and they would be on the way. By this point we needed to be on the road. With a click of a button, we ordered a lyft and were on the road in under 5 minutes.

I booked shuttle to DC address. I went o their 'Service Type' Washington Flyer who delivered us but would not release our luggage until we paid him. He argued that we had booked but not paid. We had to pay $100 to get our belongings. I should never have booked through them. None of me emails have been acknowledged.

The seats were cushy, the AC was blasting, and the vibe was chill—exactly what you need after a long flight. Plus, the driver was an absolute legend, cracking jokes and sharing insider tips on the best spots in DC.

I recently used this shuttle for the first time since I usually rent a car in the city and I must say that the convenience is unmatched.

The shuttle was very easy to find at the terminal and the driver welcomed us to the city and helped us get to our hotel using the best routes to get us there as fast as possible.
