The tastes and fragrances created by the heat of the wood-fire produce a pizza clearly superior to those cooked in a standard oven. Savor the flavor and crispy texture of Emilio's hearth-baked homemade crust. To complement our distinctive pie crust, only the finest ingredients are heaped upon Emilio's tantalizing blend of spices and Italian tomatoes. This is pizza as it was meant to be. We invite you to stop in and enjoy Fairfax County's Outstanding Pizza in an atmosphere that you will have to see to believe.
