The location was fine except for our room view was the pool area with green stuff growing in the pool, which had been drained as well as construction equipment all around the pool. The atmosphere was OK as well. The rooms had a lot to be desired. There was no coffee pot in the room as it was described in the hotel information, the room telephone did not work, the bathroom shower leaked all over flooded the bathroom and got all the clothing in there as well as a towel, soaking wet. To top everything all else off there were no working ice machines on any floor. When I put in a complaint, they said they would forward it to management and that same evening that we had left management sent me an email that was very inappropriate making excuses that they were under renovations and I should’ve expected that. It is horribly run and operated and I would not recommend it at all.
MoreEveryone was extremely nice here. They were undergoing some renovations and the rooms were beautiful. The price was around 199.00 per night. It was very clean and the location was off the beaten path. The breakfast was nice, and the front Desk Staff was more than welcoming to my family.Thank you so much we appreciate you alls hospitality.
