Greg the Manager went above and beyond to please us! The staff were also wonderful and helpful!The Studio was Clean except for the Couch ! The Cushioning is Bad!This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this location and will be returning next year!Location is hard to Beat! If you want to hear the sound of the Waves and Views!

The Seabreeze at Carlsbad always provides a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and the large groups of residents and visitors who enjoy it!! We cannot give too much credit to the staff that always keep this property in such beautiful shape. We can hardly wait until our next two week visit this October!

We had such a wonderful 2 night stay at this beach condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The deck is a spectacular broad sandy ocean view. We had a 2 yr old with us and they had a high chair and pack n play all set up and ready to go for us upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The manager is a great communicator and answered any questions promptly. We will be staying here again!

We needed a last-minute place to go during the LA fires (our home and family are safe) with our cat. The Seabreeze and host Greg were both wonderful. First of all, the unit is gorgeous and has a spectacular view of the ocean! We arrived at sunset and it was really moving. And that is because it is an oceanfront unit! The decor was lovely, kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils Keurig, all the necessities and more. The unit is also only a few minute stroll to fantastic restaurants. We watched college football while dining on heavenly seafood, tasted a flight of local beers, grabbed clams at a nearby shack. Greg was extremely responsive and we were so thankful for that, since this wasn't a planned vacation, we had laundry to do and errands to run, and Greg was always a text away (he also has great in restaurants!). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEABREEZE AND HOST GREG!

Condo was very clean, nicely furnished, view and location could not be more perfect. Ocean directly in front steps to the beach. Center of the village. Walk to dining, shops, and entertainment. Weather was perfect. We have family in Carlsbad and will return to this location again. The communication for any requests were immediately accommodated. We come to this area periodically and this will be our first choice for our stays. Thank you for being gracious hosts!
