Founded on January 1, 2000, as a family owned and operated business, AlleyCat Towing & Recovery was a very small modest company, with only one truck and two employees. AlleyCat Towing soon earned a very strong, positive reputation for offering quick, courteous service. The first contract AlleyCat obtained was with AAA (American Automobile Association), and it is still going strong to this day. As time passed, AlleyCat grew within a very short time to having four trucks, and to being deemed a very reliable business by AAA. Over the years, the company has continued to grow in size, and has retained its stellar reputation for being reliable and quick to respond to dispatched calls, and for providing high-quality customer service. Fast Forwarding to present day, AlleyCat Towing & Recovery, is still proud to maintain its roots as a family owned and operated business in the Hyattsville, MD area. AlleyCat is now twenty trucks strong, with 3 locations and twenty-five employees to back them up. AlleyCat has also expanded its services to include battery service and medium duty towing services. AlleyCat remains a preferred service provider for AAA, and works closely with multiple municipal, county, & state police departments. The company boasts an average call response time of 28 minutes and responds to over 30,000 calls annually. AlleyCat has also expanded its coverage over three major counties in Maryland - Prince George's, Montgomery, and Anne Arundel...
