Dance Exchange in Takoma Park, MD provides affordable, large, metro-accessible studio space for rent 7 days a week and runs weekly dance classes for all ages. Our three studios are open, light-filled spaces with marley floors and stereo equipment and are available to rent 7 days a week during the day and evenings. Studios are ideal for dance, yoga, music, meditation, martial arts, or any creative movement classes as well as rehearsals, workshops, and community events. They also provide a nontraditional space that is great for meetings and team building. Dance Exchange also offers regular classes open to the public for all ages and abilities. Classes take place weekly September-June and are always open for drop-ins. We are located 2.5 blocks from the Takoma Metro station on the Red Line and accessible by multiple MetroBus and RideOn bus lines. We have a parking lot available for use for our renters and class attendees as well as ample street parking nearby.
