This has long been a working class neighborhood because it was close to the old steel mills. But now some gentrification has set in and there are some groovy shops and eating places. At the waterfront.

Parking is an issue. I am handicapped but a young lady was parked in a handicap spot without a handicap tag. Asked politely if she knew she was parked in a handicap spot she said yes

Way overrated. The friendliest people were two homeless guys near where I parked. I went to the Goodwill, which was a bit disappointing, then walked around a bit. Pretty crowded on a Sunday.

We stopped in for a short while to walk around and see what it was about. Lots of quaint shops, restaurants and some pubs with music. Beautiful waterfront where you can take a water taxi to other areas if needed.

Fun place in an odd city loaded with lots of criminal activity. This area is somewhat decent, as they have security prevalent throughout. But getting here, you'll need to drive through the city, which is much different. Once here, there are plenty of nice eateries and bars and fun things to see, eat, and do.
