I saw The Crucible here with a couple friends ( my 2nd visit). It is a very small space, but they made it work. As someone who goes to see Broadway plays in NY regularly, I am really impressed with the quality of the shows here.

The worst play ever. I've seen well over 100 plays in my life and this was by far the worst and it was a Christmas post which made it more disappointing. Never again!

Higher quality performances than I expected to find in a basement theater. The Comedy Pigs have a nice rotation of shows, plus some out-of-town comedy! 90 minutes of fun!

Went to the Saturday night showing of Let the Right One in. It was my first visit to this theater and it surpassed all of my expectations. The cast, production, and sound quality of this show was all done amazingly. Some of the scenes were very intense and I was impressed by every moment of it

I've seen two shows there recently and was impressed with the talent here. Accessible, intimate, great restaurants within EASY walking distance, with well run performances. There is one row of shabby uncomfortable make shift seating that consists of low back bar stools that you should stay away from, but I can still appreciate the need to get more people into this small space. The area is safe to walk at night to your car and lots to brouse in the surrounding shops if you get there early. Very casual, easy night out. Can't wait to go back.
